In line with our values especially passion and also as part of our AS 9001 Quality certification we are committed to continuous improvement of all we do. One way of achieving this goal is by taking the time and asking our customers about our performance!

Questions our Quality Department ask our customers include their initial expectations of us, their perceptions of our safety commitment, ways we can improve and what are their thoughts on the quality of our technical reports.

Many of our customers are surprised that we take this proactive approach towards enhancing our relationships. But as our successful partnerships continue they realise this is one of the cornerstones of our success. We do not take anything for granted and many suggestions and ideas we gain from our customers are acted upon so we can give an even better service to all our customers in the future.

Our KPI for our Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires is 80% and as the attached verifiable graph for the last 12 months shows we are proud that our customers are very happy with our performance and we intend to keep building on this.
