Powertech is currently expanding and in the need for suitably qualified people for our Gladstone office. This is a fantastic role for the right person with previous HV or maintenance testing background. Powertech will even offer the right person a chance to be trained into this lucrative field. We can also offer stable long-term employment with a growing and well respected company. Powertech has projects all over Australia, so you must be able to travel when required. Reporting to the Services Manager you will be required to organize equipment, perform field based testing and commissioning work and HV maintenance tasks. Ideally to be considered for the role you will need experience in protection relay testing, power generation and high voltage testing and commissioning within the energy and resources sectors. It is essential to hold an ‘A’ Grade Electrical License, a valid QLD Drivers License. We are currently looking for suitably qualified people for a long term project situated in Brisbane QLD. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a supervisor, recent proven experience in commissioning, and a good understanding of OH&S procedures. The ideal background for this role would be Power Station and Electrical Transmission. Great $$$ and conditions for the right person.
